2023 IMPACT REPORT

Since our initial pilot program in 2017, we have run 92 programs directly serving 1700+ students. We have a 90% student retention rate and a 90% course completion rate. They like our program! The popularity of our courses has led to an ever-expanding waitlist. As we enter our ninth year, Hello Future students continue to hit significant milestones in their educational journey. Currently, 15% of our students are in colleges and universities -- more than 4.2x the global average for refugees. And they tell us that because of their time in our classes, they are more prepared than their non-refugee counterparts for higher education.

Our graduates’ success not only benefits themselves and their immediate families but also serves as a beacon for the entire community. It signals to their peers that there are other choices than early marriage and manual labor and that something more is possible. It says, keep believing, keep striving.
