Connecting Refugees

A report (2016) issued by UNHCR and Accenture on how Internet and Mobile Connectivity can improve refugee wellbeing and transform humanitarian action.

Most of the research is focused on Sub-Sahara Africa where cellular infrastructure is limited but even with limited connectivity, the benefits are enormous with the refugees themselves putting a lot of value in both the phone and connectivity.
