Deepti Tanuku
Deepti Tanuku has twenty years of experience in the humanitarian aid and global health sector, solving the world’s most critical development challenges across geographies and subject areas.
In previous roles, she led a $25 million USAID-funded program at Jhpiego to deliver essential drugs to pregnant women, worked to scale HIV prevention services with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, led research to reduce neonatal deaths in tribal populations with the Naandi Foundation, and promoted the equity of childhood immunization at the World Bank. She has also worked as a management consultant and provided business advisory services to social entrepreneurs through CARE’s Scale x Design Accelerator. She also volunteers with the International Rescue Committee, working with asylum seekers crossing the US-Mexican border. In her current role at Rebuild Innovation Labs, she is focused on growing a network of funders and innovators to create solutions that rebuild communities after crisis and disaster.
